I Could Be McCain's Econ 101 Teacher

In December, presidential candidate John McCain said, "The issue of economics is not something I've understood as well as I should."

In other words, the possible next president of the United States likely knows less about the economy than undergraduates who have taken basic economics. Considering America is facing its worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, this prospect is frightening.

As students we have a voice, and we don't want to feel as though we could teach the next president Econ 101!

Every day since Wednesday, October 1, Princeton senior James Coan has taught economics to a student playing McCain.  Our performances will be held through Friday, October 17 from 5:30-6:30PM in front of Frist Campus Center.
